VAIO’s first smartphone to be made by Panasonic company

Exclusive buzz from Sony company that is they sold off their VAIO division last year but it looks like the new owners are determined to explore new markets with the brand. The first VAIO phone was announced today, and its simply called ‘The VAIO phone’.The VAIO phone is  slightly redesigned Panasonic Eluga U2, 

Here are Some Specifications:


  1.  5 inch 720p display 
  2. 13 megapixel rear camera
  3.  1.2 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor
  4.  2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory with a microSD card slot
  5.  a 2500 mAh battery, and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop.


Launching in Japan on this March 20th for 4000 yen (about $33) per month on contract or 51,000.
